Clean Blood Smoothie

  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 2 ounces wheat grass juice
  • 1 cup strawberries, frozen
  • ½ apple, diced seeds and all
  • 1 scoop Raw Vegan protein powder (I love the Warrior Blend from Sunwarrior)
  • 1 T of my Essential Mineral Mix (Recipe on it’s way
  • 1 Tablespoon healthy fat (virgin coconut oil, ¼ fresh avocado, unsweetened raw sunflower butter)
  • 10 drops vitamin D drops
  • 1 1/2 cup water filtered, spring or reverse osmosis.

Whirled together in my Nutri bullet. (My Nutri bullet gets used several times a day!)
