Clean Blood Smoothie
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- 1 carrot, diced
- 2 ounces wheat grass juice
- 1 cup strawberries, frozen
- ½ apple, diced seeds and all
- 1 scoop Raw Vegan protein powder (I love the Warrior Blend from Sunwarrior)
- 1 T of my Essential Mineral Mix (Recipe on it’s way
- 1 Tablespoon healthy fat (virgin coconut oil, ¼ fresh avocado, unsweetened raw sunflower butter)
- 10 drops vitamin D drops
- 1 1/2 cup water filtered, spring or reverse osmosis.
Whirled together in my Nutri bullet. (My Nutri bullet gets used several times a day!)
